Tree fallen into road

A tree has fallen and is totally obscuring the footpath. Cars are moving into the centre of the road to avoid scratching the side of their vehicle. I have cut a limited number of branches to help the situation. It is on a blind bend and needs URGENT REMOVAL or cutting back.
