Old Access Gate & Concrete Block Been Left on Verge on Tidmore Lane

Hi there. An old access gate and concrete block has been left on the verge in Tidmore Lane.(almost opposite Horns Cottage access). I believe the gate facilitated access to the field that the Rectory Homes development has been built on, and the concrete block must have been there to deny anyone entry via that gate. I live in the new build on the Rectory Homes site that borders Tidmore Lane and this verge. The block and the gate are unsightly within Tidmore Lane, but they also pose a security risk to my property. It's very easy to jump over our fence if you get on top of the concrete block, which is a cause for concern. I did raise its removal with the developer but they informed me that neither the block, nor the gate, nor the land they're on are their property, so they are unable to remove them themselves. It would be great if someone could come out to have a look and ultimately remove! Kind regards, Emilie
