Mulcaster AVE hedge

Number 10 mulcaster continues to let it's hedge grow across the path. This has been reported a number if times and although cut back a bit is never cut back to the boundary as it should be. There are a couple of thorned bits across the path now at head height. The owner needs to be told to sort this properly IMO it wil. Become an increasing problem for blind people as well as being inconvenient for other users.

  • Thank you for your report. We have checked the Land Registry documents for 10 Mulcaster Avenue and have written again to the registered owners instructing them to get this area cut back within 14 days. If this is not adhered to we will take action to cut the hedge back and reclaim any expenses. Thank you.
