Blocked drains

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This repair has just been completed with tarmacadem which will sink over the next few week due to the heavy lorries & buses passing over it. Why was concrete not used ? It would have been a more solid repair. Now the drain is not removing surface water acumulation and we have a flooded corner which has caused drivers to move over to the wrong side of the road to avoid. All the other drains on this side of the road are totally blocked causing serious surface water
