Dangerous parking

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Cars parked near playford court entrance and exit block view for elderly and all drivers exiting playford court this is old people complex. Double yellow lines but park to go to vets opposite and cause dangerous obstruction for residents and visitors
