Bridge Fence issue

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Bridge over Sor Brook where many people cross at end of Austin Road has its fence collapsing.

Not sure if Council, Thames Water or Land Owner but its unsafe in current form with remaining part also unstable

    Took the dog down here this morning and if I would have leaned up on the face I would have fallen in the water. Hope it gets resolved soon
