New build - unfinished pavements

We moved into this development in Jan 2023, the pavement outside our house and drive (emperor way) has not been completed and we have been advised that this is the council, not the development that needs to fix this. We are forever bringing in loose pavement into our new home and have actually rolled our ankles a fair few times as it is so uneven. Do you have a timeframe for when this will be fixed?

  • Dear Mr Saunders,

    This is for Persimmon Homes to resolve. The site is still under construction and until the works are complete in their entirety and OCC have adopted the site, it is the responsibility of the Developer to maintain and complete any repairs. We are actively working with the Developer to bring this site up to an adoptable standard. We will make the Developer aware of this report however, we recommend that you report this directly to Persimmon Homes too.
