No. 70 Has stolen the footpath - Disabled Access required

The garden fence of No.70 has illegally taken the footpath from the shops. A disabled person now lives at no. 68 Lindsay Drive and requires the use of the parking space for carers. They are not able to use the space as the fence is too close and there will be no access to the shops. The foot path no longer accessible as the garden fence now covers the path.
