Encroachment of highway

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council 1 minute later

The owners of the properties here have dumped garden refuse on one side of the road and stones on the grass on the other, their driveways have cones that all in all prevent cars passing along this stretch of road. Apart from being unsightly there is no provision for passing places on a busy country lane.
