Entry to car park too narrow

The entry to the parking area (which I believe is public road), has two extended kerbs either side, which have a narrow opening, built almost 50 years ago. This opening is now far too narrow for modern large cars to enter the area without kerbing their wheels or damaging their front bumper on lower cars. Please could you widen this gap.
