Thames Water have ruined this verge

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

Thames water recently used this verge as a storage dump for lots of machinery and other works while they conducted works in the vicinity. They have now gone but left the churned up and scorched verge. Can they be made to come back and restore it?
