Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Junction with the A4130 & cemetery , sight lines obscured by basal tree growth vegetation - when pulling out from cemetery northbound ( Nettlebed direction ) or to cross the dual carriageway to join the fast southbound lanes ( Henley direction) .National speed limit is 70mph northbound at the junction is 70 mph.

  • I am reporting the bottom of the dual carriageway A423 in the central reservation is very overgrown and dangerous. Especially as a lot of walkers cross the bottom of the dual carriageway walk or ride there horses the cemetery side. bridal and footpath.. Also traffic very difficult to see. As you know yourself, we’ve had many accidents and loss of life at this junction.
