Just around the corner of this road and about half way down this road there are a lot of low hanging branches that need cutting back asap because they are catching on the biffa dust cart

  • Landowners and occupiers are required to trim any hedge on their property that is next to the public highway where the growth is preventing the passage, or affecting the safety, of the highway user. In this instance the highway does appear to be obstructed ¬†from full use. The land/property owner will be contacted and if action is not untaken we will follow up accordingly.
