Low hanging branches down this lane that need trimming back asap because they are catching on the side and top of biffa lorry when they are out trying to empty house hold bins

  • Landowners and occupiers are required to trim any hedge on their property that is next to the public highway where the growth is preventing the passage, or affecting the safety, of the highway user. In this instance the highway does appear to be obstructed  from full use. The land/property owner will be contacted and if action is not untaken we will follow up accordingly.
