Overgrown hedge

The hedge is completely covering the pathway now, it’s been like it for a while now. My daughter fell off her bike here recently because there was not enough room on the path so the bike wheel dropped off the kerb and she fell and hurt her knee quite badly! To be honest the pathway all the way along from hailey to Witney especially from the hailey road garage to the rugby club really needs looking at soon!
