Overgrown footpath now encroaching on cycle path

I reported this back in June, now it is August and the footpath is completely covered and now encroaching on the cyclepath. This is an accident waiting to happen with the speed of some of the bikes that go along the path. Please can you cut them back before someone is hurt.
