Pavement surface is very poor and uneven

The Beech Lane pavement surface between the junction with Goring Road by Coop and Wood Lane is very poor/uneven and worn out. This makes it particularly difficult for my wife who has mobility problems, especially when dark. Please can the pavement be resurface ASAP.
