The drainage ditch into which two road gullies discharge is blocked and overgrown making it a hazard on top of a lot of mud and debris on the footpath.

  • Thank you for your report. Oxfordshire County Council is responsible for maintaining approximately 120,000 gullies on the highway network. Gullies are cleaned in accordance with the County Council’s maintenance policy and we operate a targeting programme with a higher frequency of cleaning in areas at risk of flooding.
