Road Flooding due to blocked drains

These two photos were taken early afternoon Sat. 5 August 2023. The road had flooded due to steady (mostly light drizzle) rain all the morning. The cause was blocked drains - which had last been "fixed" in April 2023. It is clear that the drains were either not properly cleaned out, and/or are not fit for purpose.
