Flood and possibly contaminated water in road

This problem has been continuing all year, and in previous years but the contamination issue would appear to be a late 2022/2023 issue. I have reported it before but it never seems to be addressed by the council. A serious problem for cars, motorbikes, particularly bad for pedestrians and cyclists.

    The flood is now attracting many flies and bugs due to the fairly stagnant possibly contaminated water, please see field next to the flood where water seems to run down from in to the now overflowing ditches and the lane.

  • Thank you for your report, the technical officer responsible for the area has recently attended site and discussed possible solutions with the adjacent farmer
