Double yellow lines worn away causing parking issue and cars blocking private car parks and emergency access gates ive spoken to a ticket inforcment officer and he told me to report this as its a ongoing issue a private contractor attended to re do yellow lines but could not carry this out as cars were parked there i myself find it difficalt to exit my private car park due to this road being used by drivers to avoid car park charges in banbury town centre

    This van has been parked here for 3 days n double yellow lines blocking the entrance to Ashby Court the same vehicle that blocked the emergency vehicle at the weekend you can clearly see the yellow lines a worn away in places and need to be painted
