I have reported this sign blocking the pavement at a pedestrian crossing to you twice now. This is the 3rd time and you've still done nothing! I also went into the shop & politely asked them to remove it.

It blocks the pavement & the pedestrian crossing. It is unsafe. I went into the shop & explained the difficulty (especially for buggies, mobility aid & wheelchair users) They should remove it!!
