Overgrown drain between Francis Little Drive and Shepherd Gardens
Reported via mobile in the Drainage category anonymously at 10:36, Sunday 30 July 2023
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later
The alleyway runs down the side of my premises (33 Francis little drive). The drain has been overground for roughly 6 months. During recent weather, large amounts of rainfall have meant the alleyway has blocked with surface water sitting in it. This is sitting against the side of my premises and 31 Francis little drive and I have concerns about potential water ingress if it persists.

The council stopped caring about blocked drains years ago. Tell them there are some disabled queer refugees down there and they'll have the drain cleared in minutes.

When will this "investigation" be done? It has now been over three months since you said it will be investigated? Why is unblocking drains such a difficult matter for a local authority to sort out?
