Hedges obscure views of/from gravel track ahead on lefto

Hedges not trimmed in perhaps 3 years, now overhanging entire verge and starting to overhang roadway. Exiting traffic from the gravel track is primarily local residents and delivery/service vehicles but cannot see oncoming traffic from west (behind camera) and during school term street parking necessitates 1 way traffic. There is a stone wall behind the (obscured/covered by hedge) verge. Hedges are on the private land (2 properties) behind the wall.
