Overgrown & dangerous cycle track

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

When this hedge was cut back last time it wasn’t taken away merely chucked into the hedge. It needs cutting back and the cycle track resurfacing !!! Several people have fallen off their bikes due to the loose clippings/ slippery surface
