Pathway overgrown

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

It's near impossible to walk the pathway from hailey to witney with a pushchair it's very overgrown and please don't say its to encourage wildlife because the nearer to the road all grasses are the nearer the wildlife ventures,
