All lights still out on Colwell Drive

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

All street lights are off on Colwell Drive between Marcham Rd and Blacklands Way. I reported this a few weeks ago and was told it had been fixed. It obviously needs fixing again. This is a busy stretch of urban road. There is minimal light from business or residential premises, so it is very dark at night. There are plenty of pedestrians/cyclists crossing this road between McDonalds and the police station.
