Road markings faded

Despite the road markings having being repainted last year (which we very much appreciate) they have faded again and there have been further accidents at this cross roads in the last few weeks. Please could you arrange for them to be repainted and maybe consider if there are better solutions to reduce the number of accidents in this location?

    Another recent accident has occurred and the stop sign has now fallen down ( please see photo attached) . The location is The Elm, Grange lane and High street near Sibford Ferris. We would like to seek new signage , lines painted and this area being noted as an accident black spot and are in the process of recording accidents to provide proof. We wish to avoid a fatality.
