Drains blocked need clearing

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Reported to us at the district council via an MP for Cane Lane, Grove, OX12 0AA. Complaint road is flooding whenever it rains as all the drains are blocked along Cane Lane. It is not leaves laying on the top but in the within the drains.
