Tactile paving/dropped kerb used to drive up pavement, needs bollards

There are almost always cars parked on the pavement here, drivers use the dropped kerb for pedestrians to drive over the pavement to park. Needs bollards next to tactile paving both at the junction and the pedestrian crossing lights
