I have reported it to Thames Water. They say the main is intact and the hole is not their problem but yours

Neither the council or Thames Water says the subsidence is their problem. This is not a private road but an adopted one. The council needs to fix it. Note the subsidence is not just the hole but extends way back up the road where it is not fenced off. A car could end up falling into a new sinkhole and someone getting hurt.
