Bollard dirty lifted of lighting

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The bollard at mill road roundabout approaching it from the village of Drayton Drayton road Abingdon the bollard needs replacing as old and filthy and can’t be seen when lit up when approaching, it has also lifting from the floor where the light comes from , this is a potential hazard to drivers especially at night and this is a very busy road into Abingdon, thanks
