Vegetation growth preventing use of handrail up steep steps

The vegetation has grown to a point where is it is not possible to use the handrail up the steep steps and is a safety concern for users. Pic has been attached to show location rather than current issue - so do not use to judge priority of issue. Reported by County Councillor to me.
