Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Conker tree is getting out of control, very tall and a threat to surrounding properties should there be a storm or branch fall, high risk potential to damage houses. It overcrowds the only street lamp lighting the street, very dark at night and hazardous to walk as the street light is on a very high kerb (double kerb).
