Dunmoor Road pelican crossing and loud road surface.

During the kings Gate development, the Dunmoor road surface has incurred Utility installations/excavations and a new pelican crossing. This road surface has been constantly scraped and has left a very poor surface. The residents that live next to this stretch of road have since lived with an unreasonable noise constantly. This complaint was previously recorded but no one has responded.
