Deep water ponding on the road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Deep water is ponding on the south bound carriageway. Water is also ponding on the north bound but this is not as deep. Both are causing a hazard to drivers (particularly south bound) and pedestrians using the adjacent footpath.
