The bushes and willow tree are so over grown that they have made the first two sides in our car park unusable. It was so bad that over of the neighbours cut branches back so we could get to the car park but our brown bins are not enough for what needs to be done. They are blocking the street lights and making it extra hazardous for those with mobility issues.
