Street Lamp - Carterton Town Hall

There is a street lamp down the side of the town hall that is situated at the back. On the map it says no 3 but not sure this is the correct one as there is no number visible. Last year, the staff were visited by a representative from OCC and told that all lights were to be replaced with LED lighting but it's either been missed or it hasn't been done yet. The light isn't working and residents have seen youths gathering there after dark.
