Overgrown hedge obstructing pavement

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

A large hedge to a property leading to the footpath from Coxs Rd to Fairthorne Way is overgrown obstructing more than half of the width of the pavement. This is a mature hedge and clearly has been allowed to grow obstructing the pavement making it difficult to pass.
