Dangerous hedge on junction of Radley road and Twelve Acre drive

The hedge is overgrown causing cyclists to veer into other cyclists or the road and also visibility of oncoming traffic is compromised - oncoming vehicles cannot see the approaching cyclists so it is awful for all concerned.

Please help - its a dangerous junction at the best of times
