Blocked drain with corroded filter.

The drain which is in the pathway as far as I am aware has never been cleaned as it has flooded every winter. The weather has been dry so I took the opportunity to clean it. It was jam packed with dry soil, I dug it all out to find that the bucket filter has corroded and is in need of replacement as shown in the photograph.
