Cable on telegraph pole

The cable on the telegraph pole has been pulled out of its covering and this has exposed a join at ground level. Adjacent to this is a road sign ‘humps for 300 yards’that has been pulled down to a dangerously low level. I believe these need responding to as quickly as possible as they pose a significant risk for the public.Sadly it would appear that they are both as a result of vandalism.
