Very narrow, high, bumpy busy cycle path

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Hard to pass someone else: risk of someone falling into the traffic. Used by many at rush hours and quite a few near misses as people are coming up and down the hill, there's not much space for crossing (cyclists with children in tow, young cyclists pedestrians, dog walkers). Fence that runs along side is also in terrible condition. Perhaps other side of the road cycle path could be used. And or existing one widened and traffic slowed.
