Thames water 4 way traffic control

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There is a 4 way traffic control for NO REASON. It is simply causing delay and local pollution while traffic are delayed for a closed lane that is closed for NO REASON. Maybe there is expected roadworks or previous roadworks but there is NO ROADWORKS so no need for a 4 way traffic control. I experienced the issue today but understand this was the case yesterday too.
