Dangerous junction of road and cycle path

There is a cycle path that runs across the top of the road to the Co-op. As you exit the Co-op in the car: (i) The hump in the road conceals the 'Give Way' road markings for the cycle path (for cars exiting the Co-op). (ii) The cycle path 'Give Way' road markings (for cars) are faded. (iii) If you stop behind the cycle path 'Give Way' road markings, you cannot see round the corner, to the left, to see if a bike is coming (certainly if a bike is approaching at speed). (iv) The cycle path crossing this road is not clearly marked (it should run across the whole road, ideally by painting the road as they do elsewhere, e.g. Botley Road). (v) The next two junctions to the right (which also have the cycle path running across the top, e.g. Swan Lane) suggest that the cycle should give way to traffic turning in and out of the junction. This is different to the arrangement at the Co-op, which looks as if, whilst they are to give way to pedestrians where pedestrians are being encouraged to cross Main Road, they are not asked to give way to cars coming into and out of the Co-op, which is in continuous use.
Whilst in theory, the cycle path may have priority at the Co-op, there is insufficient warning to car drivers coming out of the Co-op and insufficient visibility to ensure cycles can continue across the junction without giving way (especially when they are coming from the left, which is contrary to traffic flow on Main Road).
For cars entering the Co-op, the cycle path also needs highlighting because as you turn, cycles could come from a completely unexpected direction (e.g. directly behind you).
