  • Oil trucks are now also refusing to come down the lane. Last year rubbish/recycling trucks refused to collect for 6 weeks due to overgrown bushes.We are a household with 2 disabled residents. Woodlands Cottage Greenwich Lane Leafield OX299QR

  • URGENT Food waste and garden waste trucks now also refusing to come up the lane in addition to oil truck. Please let us know when it will be cut back

  • Garden and food waste trucks still refusing to come down the lane. Garden bin was last emptied on 11 July. This is now urgent. Please provide update of when bushes will be trimmed. Greenwich Lodge, Greenwich Lane.

  • Garden refuse bins have not been collected for over two months. Overgrown bushes still not cut back despite several phone calls to the Council. Very disappointing lack of customer service.

  • Overgrown bushes have still not been cut back and some vehicles refusing to drive down the lane including Council refuse/garden waste collections! This is becoming a serious issue for residents who live in this lane.

  • Thank you for informing us about this issue and our apologies for the delay in replying. Our Engagement Officer has visited the site to check the overgrown vegetation. He is written to all three landowners whose boundary hedges run adjacent to Greenwich Lane. The Officer has served a 28 day notice on all concerned to cut back the boundary lane and will be checking for compliance. Thank you.
