Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Hi, I keep having to ask for your help every time this hedge gets so overgrown that turning out of Church Close onto Greys Road becomes a deadly exercise. I have zero visibility of cars coming from the right when attempting to leave this close. The owner has had to be prompted to cut these hedges by you every single time. Please can you find a permanent solution as it is terribly dangerous and I've had near misses. I need to get out of my car to check traffic and then quickly jump in the car to drive out.
