Blocked drains resulting in flooded road

During the heavy downpour on 11/06/2023 Oxford Lane became flooded with water levels rising over the curb, across the pavement and into people's driveways or against the side of houses. Grade-listed buildings were put at risk. Drainage along the street appears insufficient to remove water during heavy rain. This problem has occurred during storms in the past 6 months.

    The problem is getting worse and the issue is due to a number of blocked road side gullies the gully photo was take. A few days ago before the rain to show the problem
