Road closure and diversion sign is blocking the carriageway is a danger for traffic going to and from Churchill - sunlight and deep shadow reduce visibility considerably. Suggest moving signs off the road, before someone does it for you, Similar sign in Churchill is also an unnecessary and dangerous obstruction.
