Very overgrown spikey hedge

Hedge outside 2 Westwaterway is very overgrown onto the pavement making it almost impossible to pass with a pushchair. The hedge has huge spikes on it making it dangerous for children to pass on a narrow pavement and is on a main route to the all saints school.

This needs to be cut right back inline with how the pavement runs.
